FOXTAIL MILLET MILK RICE (THANAHAL KIRIBATH)


INGREDIENTS

• Foxtail millet -  ½ cups (100g)
• Water - 1 ½ cups
• Coconut milk per preference
• Salt to taste

Preparation

• Wash foxtail millet and cook in a pan with 1 ½ cups of water.
• Once cooked completely (soft texture), add coconut milk, salt to taste and mix well.
• Heat the mixture until the coconut milk comes to a boil and then served.
