BATHALA CURRY


INGREDIENTS

  • Sweet potato-500g
  • Green chillies-5 capsules
  • Onion-5-6 bulbs
  • Coconut milk (from half of coconut)
  • Chili powder - 3 tablespoons
  • Curry powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Salted water - 2-3 teaspoons
  • A cup of water
  • Curry leaves
  • Pandan leaves

 

Preparation


• Peal, wash and cut the sweet potato into pieces
• Add green chilies, onion, chili powder, curry powder, pandan and curry leaves, salt and water, bring to a boil
• Add coconut milk once the sweet potato is boiled
• Sauté the curry to increase the taste.
