BOILED HIRITHALA


INGREDIENTS

  • Hrithala tubers - 500 g
  • Water
  • Small amount of salt
  • Grated coconut(from half of coconut)

 

Preparation


• Clean Hirithala tubers thoroughly and wash with hot water repeatedly to avoid skin irritations
• Cut Hirithala tubers into pieces and boil
• Boiled Hirithala can served with grated coconut or chili flakes with onions
